Spread the word!
To show your support for the project, you can help us become more known. Tell people about us, hand out CDs, use the linking graphics found on the Linking To Us page and just in general help people to get to know Ark Linux.

Programming
If you can do programming (or want to learn it), we can use your help in developing more tools, as well as extending and debugging existing applications. If you don't know anything about programming, but would like to learn it, we recommend starting with the Qt tutorial. It was originally written for people who know at least the basics of programming, but we believe it is so well done that even a non-programmer can understand it, and learn the basics while reading.

Want to help build and maintain packages for the Ark Linux repository? Grab a copy of the definitive Ark RPM HOWTO and learn how!
Artwork
You are an artist? Great! Ark Linux can always use help on artwork, such as icons, desktop backgrounds, sound themes, and website design.
Support
You've managed to install Ark Linux and do some important tasks? You may want to help others figuring out how the system works. Join our forums and/or mailing lists and try to answer some questions, or join the #arklinux channel on irc.arklinux.org to help people in realtime!
Documentation
We are in need of those who are good in writing and/or filming - Ark Linux needs more documentation to become even easier to learn and use. If you'd like to help us, but don't think you qualify, don't worry! If you write some documentation that isn't perfect, we will help improve it!

Translations
You speak any language other than English? We always need new translations for our installer, applications and website. Even if you speak a language that is already supported, join our translators to take some work off the current ones.
Donations
You like Ark Linux, but don't have the time to contribute yourself? Then you can help the project by giving some money or needed hardware resources to the people putting their time and money into the project. Please use the donation box on the bottom right of this page.
